Brief
WRM’s psychosocial restoration program is designed to facilitate faster, sustainable recovery by addressing the interconnected aspects of mental health, social functioning, and overall wellbeing. Through structured one-to-one coaching, the program helps people regain control of their recovery journey. Our evidence-based methods promote resilience, restore work-fitness, and equip individuals with the tools they need to successfully return to health, life, and work.
Evidence-Based 6-Week Program
Developed on models of biopsychosocial health, behavioural change and progressive goal-attainment. Designed and delivered by our team of experienced health professionals.
Engaging and Person-Centric
The program is supported by specialist-telecoaching and workbook activities. It is designed to complement existing healthcare and rehabilitation interventions.
Restores Agency
Empowers people to regain their ability to bounce back from setbacks with confidence and control. We rebuild the foundations of resilience and wellbeing which leads to sustainable recovery.
